Orders to All Police and Military Forces. Should the wolf person known as Gualcharus be encountered, he is not to be engaged. He is extremely dangerous and should not be provoked into attack. Reports should be sent to all commanders.

If such a sighting takes place and none are able to respond, and only in such a situation, please contact Glacia and/or Carmina for assistance. I have given them limited authorization to respond.

You have been temporarily authorized to respond to reports of Gualcharus's activity in those periods in which we are absent, and only during those periods. You are to capture him alive if at all possible, beyond that I leave things at your discretion. You will be compensated with standard combat pay, should your response become necessary.
