Subject: Shaeseasu Terraforming

It has been decided that terraforming is to begin at the location of the elven ruins on the coastline to the south, hereafter referred to as Shaeseasu. Operations are to begin immediately. I have attached clearance papers, and any further paperwork which needs to be completed should be forwarded to Celst <celst@command.neth> for completion. If you have any questions or comments, please reply with them immediately and I will get to them as soon as possible.
