This is a compilation of current proposals. Please keep discussion of new proposals in the other thread. These are in no particular order.

Elderus Tower: We have to complete it, but it doesn't have to be immediately. Still, we should let the alliance in on our plans and give them an opportunity to provide grants to its construction.

Finance and Trade Center: More a district than a single center, this should be located on the outskirts of the current city of Neth in order that related corporations will have a place to build. At its heart would be a Stock Exchange center and a Trade center, either in separate buildings, or in one massive building.

Police Force: We will recruit some outside specialists to provide us with elite officers and to train existing officers. At the same time, we will begin to revamp our police buildings and technology.

Fighting Poverty: Leila brought up a few things here. Drug rehabilitation, scholorships, and educational opportunities should be provided for the poor. At the same time, corporations should be encouraged to hire locally.

Building Codes: I thought this needed to be separate from the above. We need to establish a concrete set of building codes. This will provide a definition of the minimum requirements of new and existing structures, and by nature will be a lengthy document. Luckily, other worlds have already created these and we can just borrow one, modifying it as necessary. They should be applied to new buildings immediately, and existing buildings within a few years.

Opportunities on Nethilis: We need to encourage people to stay here. No real ideas, but it was thrown out there so I'm including it.

Selling Services: Celst mentioned that we could sell things like ship provisions and repairs, but we currently lack the facilities. We should begin discussions and planning for shipyards equipped to repair visiting vessels.

Exploration of other worlds: We have other worlds in this system. We should commission surveys of these worlds, in order to see what we can extract from them

Pursuing drug dealers: We should pursue, arrest, prosecute, and imprison or deport drug dealers and their suppliers. It may not eliminate the problem, but it will sure as hell make it more dangerous for those who make drug dealing a profession.

Farming: We should expand farming, and by extension terraforming, as fast as is economical. We don't need to get ahead of ourselves, however. We should practice sustainable farming methods, and plant rows of trees between individual fields to serve as windbreaks, and lessen damage caused by incoming sandstorms.

I'm certain there's more that needs to be addressed, however this will serve as a start.
