The Senshi Muyo World of Darkness campagin will be based in the country of New Zealand. Certain real world events or situations may have been changed or altered to best reflect the differences in the world of darkness. For example guns are far more common in New Zealand, drugs and alchole are more problomatic and sinsister big buisness conspiracies are afoot.

New Zealand is inhabitated by all manner of supernatural creatures. However two breeds dominate above the rest: The Vampires and the Werewolves, with Mages following as an unquestioned third. While vampires and werewolves can be found in any city, almost always one side has dominating control of that city, forcing the other side to tow the line or face near certain death. Voilent wars, most secret, have been waged for control of these cities, both against the other faction, and amongest themselves.

Below is a list of some of the major cities, and who is in control.

Auckland: The largest city in New Zealand holds over one third of the countrys total population. Because of its share mass, whoever controls Auckland, controls the single largest portion of power in the country, making it the most sought after prize in all New Zealand. To the kindreds credit (vampires), they have always controled Auckland, though that maybe about to change.

Wellington: The second largest city in New Zealand is also the centre of goverment. The Kindred and Gharou (Werewolves) have long contested this city and power has shifted back and forth many times. The Gharou managed to hold control for over 10 long years, but less than 1 year ago, through both guile and strength the Kindred wrestled control off them. For now peace holds, but it seems unlikely to last.

Hamilton: This city rests in the control of Ivory Claws (Pure Blood Gharou), Forsaken Gharou commonly engage in open warfare while Kindred try to remain uninvovled.

Tauranga: Fourth largest in New Zealand this city is believed to house a powerful Cabal of mages. While this has not been verified something appears to be preventing vampires or werewolves from establishing any real domaince over the city.

Rotorua: This tourist attraction city lies in the hands of Forsaken Gharou, though they are forced to fight reguarly to keep it from the hands of Pure Bloods. To date the Kindred have not challenged the cities rulers but their power seems to grow steadily while the ruling faction slowly grows weaker.

Christchurch: Third largest city in New Zealand and the greatest in the South Island. This city is a bastion to the Forsaken Gharou and any Kindred here keeps their nose and teeth clean. That said the Gharou have become keenly aware of "something" that is beginning to challenging their domaince.

Dunedin: This city is unquestionably a mages stronghold. Few Gharou or Kindred venture there and any battle for city dominace is between the mages Cabals.

Stewart Island: Not a city, Stewart Island lies at the bottom of New Zealand. Offically this land is unclaimed, but unoffically "something" is there. Any supernatural being that ventures there either does not return, or comes back jibbering half coherent mad ravings. Mortals appear capable of traveling to and fromt he island with no harmful effects.

There are many other cities and locals within New Zealand but those above are the ones most strongly sought and desired.
