I would like to follow up on our defeat of the Red Scars, and make certain that the threat they pose to Neth is eliminated once and for all. To that end, I would like to begin investigating both remaining influence here, and their influence on the worlds which form the most direct trade links to Nethilis. If threats are found, we shall act quicklyand decisively to eliminate them. The potential for terrorism is very real, and that threat must be eliminated.

Our activities must be conducted with the utmost discretion. We will eliminate this threat to this world, with or without the cooperation of the worlds upon which they hide.

As far as specific targets go, the Cetra leader of the Red Scars on Nethilis mentioned a "father" who is likely an even more powerful individual. This individual should be eliminated if at all possible. Other high-value targets should be assessed and eliminated if appropriate as well. Unless it becomes necessary for our own security, we should attempt to avoid direct military confrontation for now.
