Second IRC server

I have brought up a second IRC server on the network. Here are the current IRC servers:
irc.arcanevisions.net
eu.arcanevisions.net
The new server is based in Paris and is linked to the old server.
Everything is up and running now, so if you have trouble connecting to the primary server, try the new one instead.
