OK Here's how it's done on this forum
youtube tag [youtube] [/youtube]
OK here's how you do it. Get the embed code, it has your width and height and the ID is the string at the end of the URL.
The code to use is [youtube]<URL HERE>[/youtube]
So it's appears like this
[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJKeGQ5MD7M[/youtube]
